H.O.P. Is Creating Space for Women Ready to Build
There are women sitting on business ideas right now who have the talent, the drive, and the vision—but need support getting started. Some are building after work, between school pickups, or with a budget that requires every dollar to have a purpose. At House of Peach Inc., we see you. We understand that ambition needs somewhere to grow, and we are preparing an upcoming first-quarter event with aspiring and beginner female entrepreneurs in mind.
H.O.P. board members Chiara F., V. Smack, Peirrce “Peach” M., and Deleqúa are discussing plans to bring women together for an experience focused on connection, opportunity, and moving forward. We want women entering entrepreneurship to feel welcomed, whether they are developing their first idea, introducing a new brand, or learning how to turn their skills into income.
What makes our board different is the range of women at the table. Our board includes women from all walks of life, bringing different experiences, perspectives, and journeys into the work we do. We understand that womanhood does not come with one story, one presentation, or one path to success. That diversity helps shape H.O.P. into an inclusive, safe space where women can network, share their ideas, and build meaningful connections while being themselves.
For us, inclusion has to show up in how we welcome people, listen to their experiences, and create opportunities. From trans women to masculine-presenting women, from women starting over to those stepping into business for the first time, there is room here. You should feel respected when you enter the room and supported as you find your voice within it.
Let’s be honest: women are often expected to make things happen while carrying everything else. For Black women especially, being resourceful has long been part of our story. But knowing how to make a way does not mean we should have to build without support. Access to a helpful conversation, a business connection, or an opportunity to introduce your work can make a difference. That is the kind of community H.O.P. is working to strengthen.
You do not need a polished brand or years of experience to take your business goals seriously. Your questions belong in the room. So does your vision. This upcoming event is being developed for women who are ready to learn, connect, and give their ideas the attention they deserve.
