My name is Peirrce, but you can call me Peach. I’m the Founder and Executive Director of House of Peach Inc., a female empowerment non-profit dedicated to uplifting and supporting women on their entrepreneurial journeys.
House of Peach was created out of love and a deep concern for Black women aspiring to become entrepreneurs—especially those with limited access to a supportive, professional female community.
I often reflect on my childhood in East Orange, NJ, where I knew I was different, yearning for opportunities beyond my immediate surroundings. Like many, I was taught the importance of education and landing a good job. But at home, my grandparents sparked my entrepreneurial spirit. They were always hustling—whether selling platters, babysitting, or, believe it or not, my grandfather running a mobile clothing business out of a van and getting paid to pick up groceries long before Uber existed.
Though their ideas were great, there was a missing piece: the know-how to build a sustainable business. Without that knowledge, how could they pass on the lessons they’d learned? This gap in access to resources, mentorship, and real business acumen motivated me to create House of Peach—to provide the tools, community, and guidance for Black women ready to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.

Sisterhood helped me to achieve!
Through a 20+ year friendship with my bestie (featured in the photo above, standing by my side), I’ve learned the true power of connection, support, and the magic that happens when Black women come together. We’ve been each other’s rock—encouraging one another through failed relationships, personal endeavors, and the inevitable obstacles life throws our way.
If two women can uplift each other and overcome so much, just imagine the incredible things a whole community of women could achieve when we unite in purpose and support each other. That’s the heart of House of Peach—creating a space where sisterhood thrives and magic happens.
If you're wondering how we’re going to make this a reality, the answer is simple: Together!
Within the House of Peach mobile app, we’re building a vibrant community. We’ll share resources through blogs and group posts, creating a space where knowledge is accessible to all. The H.O.P. team will also conduct inspiring interviews with female entrepreneurs from around the world, amplifying their voices and experiences.
But that’s just the beginning. Together, we’re going to create a fund designed to help finance women’s dream businesses—because when we lift each other up, we all rise.
